4. International Shipping and Customs

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by the seller. If the seller has already shipped the item, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to proceed with a return request after receiving the package.

          2. Provide clear details and supporting photos of the issue
          3. Follow the seller's instructions for returning the item

7. Buyer Protection

We are committed to a safe marketplace. If you cannot resolve the issue with the seller within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

            • Change of mind (unless the seller accepts returns for this reason
              • Items returned after the seller's specified timeframe
                • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
                  • Digital products, downloadable content, or personalized/custom-made items (unless faulty)

9. Processing Time

Refund processing times depend on the seller and payment provider. Once approved, refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days.
